Attic Artifacts
Come visit Attic Artifacts, a unique consignment shop and Art Gallery
on East Dover Street, Easton. Hanging from the ceiling is an old-
fashioned wooden toboggan, paintings for sale hang on the walls,
furniture pieces, glassware appliances, bicycles, clothing, dolls,
and lamps are ready to be sold. Everywhere you look, there are cats.
Some are part of the decor, adorning a sofa or pictured sleeping on
a rug. But, some are real, lolling on the floor or basking in attention
from store owner Lorrie Walpole, who said she started the business to
support her work with animals. She rescues cats, takes care of their medical
needs, then places them up for adoption. There is a “kitty fund” jar on
the store counter which helps with expenses for these animals. They are
open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday
from 11am to 5pm. 410-770-8828
