As the preferred choice of Easton hotels, we offer close proximity to the most exciting local attractions and events. See the county from the unique view while riding in a kayak. Cycle the back roads of Talbot County. Take a half-day tour of Chesapeake lighthouses. Whatever your vacation plans, our Easton Maryland hotel keeps you close to the best action, including:

Chesapeake Lighthouse Tours -- A unique look at Chesapeake Lighthouse Heritage. Half- and full-day tours leaving from the Bay Hundred Restaurant at Knapps Narrows Marina, Tilghman Island. USCG-Certified. Available April through October. Captain Mike Richards has over 35 years experience on the Chesapeake Bay.

Dockside Express Cruises & Tours - Enjoy eco-tours, champagne sunset cruises, and weddings aboard the Express Royale. Group charters are our specialty. Guided walking tours, ghost tours, and Parrothead cruises.

Eastern Shore Adventure Company -- Discover kayaking, America's fastest-growing adventure sport, right here on the Eastern Shore! We specialize in kayak rentals, equipment sales, and tours. Rentals are offered at 1-hour, 1/2-day, and full-day rates. Experienced instructors will outfit you with the necessary equipment. Fall Eco-Tours will be offered in three locations -- and each unique trip will be led by a certified American Canoe Association Guide. Just bring a bag lunch and an adventurous spirit! Pickering Creek Audubon Center -- A sanctuary of the Chesapeake Audubon Society, Pickering Creek is a private non-profit conservation center with over 400 acres of protected land. Features hardwood forests, non-tidal wetlands, wildlife plantings, and a nature preserve. Open year-round, Pickering Creek provides a variety of educational opportunities such as lectures, field trips, canoe rentals, and displays.

Rail to Trails -- The Town of Easton “Rails-to-Trails” is a federal, state, and local project designed to utilize out-of-service rail lines for outdoor recreational purposes. The Easton Rails to Trails project converts valuable railroad right-of-ways into public trails for running, walking, bicycling, wildlife conservation and observation, and other purposes. The Town of Easton Comprehensive Plan calls for the Rails to Trails system in Easton to connect destinations in the Town and eventually serve as an essential link for a trail network in the mid-shore area, ultimately connecting recreational points in Talbot County and surrounding areas. There are 2.2 miles for walking and biking.

Skipjack H. M. Krentz -Chesapeake Bay Skipjacks were recently named among America's most endangered historic places. Take this unique opportunity to enjoy sailing the Chesapeake waters aboard the historic Skipjack H.M. Krentz.
